Uni transfer mid year

For financial reasons I am unable to stay at the uni I’m currently in now and have asked another uni if I could transfer and start with them, on the same course, at the beginning of next semester. They told me they can’t accept me for this semester but might be able to for September. I am just unable to stay at the uni I’m in for mental health reason as well as financial reasons and I’m not sure what else to do. Is there any way I can get the transfer allowed?

Withdraw and reapply if it's that bad, honestly.

You can't force these things through. And it's not a guarantee things will be better in September in terms of acceptance, it's a risk and it's a bit of a shot in the dark. You cannot have these sorts of moves arbitrarily rubber stamped.
