Transferring to 2nd year biomedical science

Hello! I finished my 1st year of biomedical science, and I'm looking to transfer to another university for my 2nd and 3rd years. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help find universities that accept transfers into 2nd-year biomedical science. My grades are BBC (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) + B in EPQ. Thank you!
