As regards the Music BMus course is there any support in the classical (or even film) music composition. Because in any case I would not like to participate in a course that emphasizes in popular music. Generally popular music is a genre that I'd never wish to get involved with.

Composition within the Department of Music at Royal Holloway allows for a wide range of writing styles, and supports the learning of techniques in a variety of genres. The department mostly emphasises in classical, contemporary and ethnomusicology as a whole. So it sounds like our Music department would be a good fit for you.
