Gcse ptsd?

Does anyone just sometimes have flashbacks to GCSEs?

I just started my EPQ recently and I've started typing up my ideas and research part on a production log and the whole thing just reminds me of when I was doing GCSE Music Composition. I hated doing composition and GCSE Music in general and I have memories of having to edit my composition logs with another music teacher as it either wasn't detailed or the theme wasn't appropriate. The whole thing just felt like an interrogation like I was in trouble.

It's just something that I was reminded of when I opened the production log which is something I don't want to think about, especially since I know that I am looking forward to doing my EPQ because it's something I want to do.
