Revised Personal Statement

So i'm changing from primary teaching to business. Anyone have any suggestions on where to even begin with writing a revised personal statement for this. Should I mention a reason for my change etc etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Don't focus on the change - focus on the things pulling you towards business.
