The case studies I have so far are:
Mauna Loa, Mount Merapi, The Isle of Arran (includes kildonan dyke swarm and Salisbury point in Scotland, San Andreas fault line, The Himalayas, East African Rift Valley, Yosemite National Park/El Capitan and Hadrians wall.
This is enough right ?
