Tried my absolute hardest (

Was able to put stuff in each thing for each day and erm lets say we had our downs but they were counteracted by more ups

Practising mindfulness more often
Realising all the goods and not focusing on the bads
Not eating all the malteasers in a day

Didn't die on 4 hours sleep
Handed in my EPQ
Had an OK Chemistry test
Consumed lots of sugar

Long walk
