Double en-suite room available in Liberty Quay

Hi, I am dropping out of Newcastle Uni over Christmas and so i need someone to take my tenancy agreement at Liberty Quay from January until the end of the academic year. Liberty Quay is really nice accommodation and is within walking distance of uni, the city centre and 2 metro stations. its £124 a week which may seem expensive but all bills are included, there's 24hr security, it is a central location and the accommodation was refurbished last summer meaning everything is new for this year.
