Offer from Imperial & Aberdeen for Masters of Petroleum Engineering

Hello everyone !

I am about to graduate with a BEng of Petroleum Engineering. I want to continue for masters, I got conditional offers from Imperial and Aberdeen. Could you guys help me clear my thoughts on which uni to pick ?

I know Imperial is fantastic for its reputation etc. but also aberdeen is the hub for oil and gas.

Tough choice !

If you can financially cope with Imperial I would personally go there. Their worldwide reputation is brilliant and it would help a lot for future employment considering the oil & gas' state at the moment. I don't think Aberdeen Uni would improve chances of landing a job in Aberdeen either as oil is so dead up here, literally.
