    ...where, when and why?
A hotel in Ireland overlooking Cork harbour.

Was an all you can eat breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, normal eggs, tomato, sausages, soda bread, bacon, mushrooms and some other stuff that I can't remember. I would best describe the quality as a greasy fry up that wasn't world class but easily 4 out of 5.

    Lincolnshire sausage (ovened)
    Dry cured smoked bacon (ovened)
    Fried eggs with black pepper
    Black pudding
    Buttered toast
    Hash browns
    Soda farls
    Baked beans, in separate dish

    At home.

    Several times.

    Because I was hungry.

Potato bread and black and white pudding the missing things? :gah:

My best breakfast is whenever I go home and I get a damn good Ulster fry, omg it is heaven.

Soda farls...I think that's what we like to call going hard or going home for breakfast.

It's near impossible to find white pudding here in Scotland, I hate it :cry2:

Eggs Benedict on my first morning at home after returning for shore leave. It's already my favourite breakfast, but add to that that I hadn't had a decent breakfast for six months, and was eating it after having my first proper night's sleep in six months, and it was especially good

      Really?

The meaning of 'breakfast' is when one 'breaks' their 'fast' so (unless you are a robot/humanoid) you are completely wrong sister.

      End of.

      That sounds lovely.

Although I am not a vegetarian I do have some Quorn mince in the freezer which I am thinking of using to make a (pseudo) cottage pie.

Must admit I am a tad worried about your "friend tomatoes" though as a constituent of your good breakfast - are you a 'closet cannibal'?

I don't eat breakfast, and sometimes I skip lunch too.

Then I go 'Man Vs. Food' towards the evening, where I'll literally eat everything in sight, prob chomping 2-3 thousand calories in one sitting.

A proper quality chinese all-u-can eat buffet would be perfect!
