insecure body image

My stomach is ALWAYS bloated- I'm sick of people saying bloat is normal blah blah, yea i know it's going to happen a bit but idk i feel insecure because mine looks bloated ALL the time :frown:
I feel insecure as it makes my look and feel fat, its annoying because my normal stomach shape, though not completely flat, is actually quite nice and i go gym etc so have some definition, so it sucks that it wont show as i am always bloated.

I get jealous of girls who wear like crop tops etc as i wish i could but i know that i will just end up getting bloated and feeling bad about it. I never notice anyone else having this issue (though it wouldn't be easy to see) but it seems that most others can wear crop tops/slim fit things and look good all day, where as i will most definitely get bloated.

What do i do? As i actually feel insecure and annoyed by it. For the record i do not have an unhealthy lifestyle, i eat well, sleep well and drink water...so what's the issue?
I also really crave a relationship but I don't feel comfortable with myself so how would i ever feel close to anyone else?

before starting or going into a relationship you need to care for yourself first and accept you as you are
i dont really have any practical advice because i feel like that myself (im diagnosed with body dysmorphia), but i think around 95% of girls feel like that on a daily. just because they go out wearing crop tops and stuff doesnt mean they dont have their hang ups, but sometimes you just gotta go for it and see what happens.x

See a GP and get some blood tests done, im not a medical professional, but it could be something as simple as a allergy to certain foods causing the issue. Best to get checked.
Make an appointment to see your GP.
Your GP will be able to offer you some advice, check the bloating, offer their opinions on the possible reasons for the bloating, run some tests if they are believe that tests will be useful or refer you to a specialist.

Do you take any regular medications?
Have any allergies?
Do any close relatives have a history of lactose intolerance or poor gut health?
How often do you drink soda containing drinks?
How often do you eat foods that contain a lot of salt or are highly processed takeaways/ready meals?
Have you tried consuming more probiotics, vegan live yoghurts, almonds, bananas, fresh raw salads, herbal teas and lemon water?

I take vitamins regularly as im deficient, no allergies.

It's weird because I actually never have any drinks other than water, and often i have yogurt for breakfast which is supposed to be good for your gut. I very rarely have processed foods as i cook fresh 😕 My lifestyle is pretty good so it is weird that im so bloated but maybe its not as bad as see it.
I have also started taking probiotics. Guess a GP appointment is needed 😅
