Which colleges have tennis courts?

Went to have a look at Durham over the summer and really loved it, i'm not at all picky over the college i apply to, but i'd be really interested to know which colleges have tennis courts - or if it's like 'well this one had courts but all the other colleges can use them'.
It's the one sport i do really enjoy playing so just a bit of info from someone who knows something about durham would be good (individual college websites are pathetic for this...)

Collingwood has a court. I don't know about the others.

Mildert does, Grey might, Hild Bede definately does. For future reference, if you have questions like this, post it in the "Ask a Current Student" thread .
Aidans does too, I believe.

Trevs does.
Grey definitely does (it's also used as a netball/basketball court).
Cuth's has one down by the river, although it's completely overgrown and inaccessible. It's getting resurfaced this year I think

If you play to a decent level you might want to think about university tennis as opposed to college. You'd get access to the better facilities down at Maiden Castle, though I'm not sure if they have courts.

ha ha, I think I saw that when I visited Durham and wondered who owned it because it had some private sign on it.
Totally overgrown almost hidden amongst the plants next to the river footpath.
I think they pretty much all do apart from castle. And hild bede have just resurfaced?! BRILLO! They were getting bloody lethal to play on towards the end of last year.
Can anyone confirm that Van Mildert (sp) definitely does?
Van Mildert definitly has a tennis court. It is behind the Oriental Studies Building just by Aidan's. It is fairly new and quite nice.

Mary's has some. There are also some at Maiden Castle.
I was told by a friend of mine that, sadly, Durham has no high-quality tennis courts. Obviously, the College ones (and, to a lesser extent, the Maiden Castle ones) are good enough to play for a bit of fun in intercollegiate competitions; however, the Uni team themselves actually play in Sunderland as there are no excellent surfaces in Durham itself.

Sunderland!?
Hatfield does have one but I'm not sure for how much longer.

I believe this is true - I looked into joining Uni Tennis (no idea why!) and firstly, it's an EXPENSIVE sport to get into - they charge a high membership fee (£100 a year or something?!?!)

Anywho yeah I think I remember it saying that they do regular training at the Uni but also take a minibus somewhere else regularly (probably Sunderland if you say it is)...it's not that big a deal to be honest, a drive from Durham to Sunderland would be less than half an hour!

Well the funding is being put in place to resurface it and add floodlights, so hopefully a while yet....
