Yeah haha. So I am going, downloaded a podcast, food cooked and eaten, phone charged. All ready to go :dumbells:
I'm back, the podcast I downloaded didn't work for some reason (I've since fixed the issue) and I got a bit lost, got the bus back but walked there, ffound a nice park with a nice bowling lawn.

I made a friend:

Well done on making it outside! That's great. Sorry podcast didn't work. And yay for your furry friend

Glad you haven't given up on it completely. It's not my style of music generally but I do like your work and hearing what you've made

Sorry you're kinda sad atm :frown:
Yeah I'm taking an extended break, maybe to get fresh ideas, maybe hoping (probably in vain) that I will reach the goals within the hobby I strive for.
I'm back making music (after maybe a 2 week break)]

Here is the finished article:

Hmm as for my mental health I saw my consultant who dropped my olanzopene but started me on Setraline. (I agreed to give it a go).

The acute isolation is killing me. He says join "groups", meaning mental health groups. I'm due to move (possibly) soon so bit pointless going somewhere only to stop. And am I going to meet anyone with the same interests as me there (ie electronic music, and nothing else :colondollar: ) I have many people I network with on that basis but it's literally all done online, I never have money to attend gigs).

But I know I can't be this alone or it's just not gonna work.

Having a listen now! I thought you got rid of your software? Glad you're back at it anyway.

People don't need to necessarily have the same interests as you for you to be able to get along with them. Through my mental health volunteering, I've made friends who are much older than me, or who have wildly differing interests to me, but we're still able to meet up for coffees and have things to chat about  In any case, you never know: maybe there's someone there interested in electronic music. Or more than one person! You never know! :moon:

Good luck with Sertraline, I was on it for about 4-5 years (aside from 6 months in the middle where my psychiatrist switched me to Venlafaxine :colonhash: )

Glad you were able to get it again. I feel it's important to have some kinda hobbies/things that you can spend time doing :yep:

:hugs:

Fingers crossed for a good outcome regarding the flat (or whatever outcome you'd prefer!)
I won't be doing daily posts, but I still decided to come up with a more cohesive format, so:

What has been good recently:

I guess the freedom of choice, and the freedom in general, the fact that I'm single and no kids, and that I am in a situation between a bad period (Xmas time) and a potentially good period (new flat, then job etc). But we'll see.

What has been bad recently:

The terror attacks mainly, :sigh: and also the adjusting to the sertraline. Also lack of social interaction (perpetual problem).

What have I got planned for the near future:

Literally taking each day as it comes atm.

Tune of the Day, (my own) :

This one I made the other day:

Taking each day as it comes sounds like a plan :yep: Liking the new format :colone:

Great first video! Glad to hear you say that you'll never quit music - now you've filmed yourself saying that, I can easily remind you of it if you ever come close to quitting again

SO. I've been extremely busy music wise (hence the sporadic updating of this blog, I apologise for the slacking and am going to try to keep It on track.

Since my last post, mentally, I'm feeling better - I have a kind of future plan, my music is going well etc etc

I've started my own label/project called Loud and Clear, the soundcloud is http://www.soundcloud.com/loudandclearproject ) and as you can see it's going ok (do read the bio on the SC for more info). It will "hopefully" raise funds for SANE (aptly) and Shelter (so support the cause even if it's a follow on SC)

My personal music is going good too, massive improvements being made.

I hope to make the LAC project a full blown thing, more info to follow :holmes:.

All sounds very positive - glad to read this :h:

Yes so the Loud and Clear Project is going well. Personal music page not so good, but you win some you lose some; I'm taking a break from solo music to clear my head. I'm starting to exercise/get out every day, cos it can only be positive. The social isolation is still there, and what with only living in temporary accommodation I may be anywhere in the coming months so I'm reluctant to start volunteering somewhere if I then have to give it up - vocationally again, same rules apply, I've ruled out uni as I have been told I won't get anymore funding but I'll be looking in earnest for a part time job (at least) when I do get my own place
OKAY.

So. Since the last post I can play piano to a very high standard. My own intepretations of any song modern or classic and freestyle (particularly jazz) - as an electrronic musician I'm pushing a level where I'm going to be making a living out of it or at least substantially supplitualistement my own additional businss. I have set up http://www.soundcloud.com/loudandclearproject which has been recieved well but my own producrons (after many a name change) falll undr Kushra. LONG STORY but past three months my health has cracked because I've been torn between places/people/doctors etc - I am no recieivng not assessment as such as it is now clear my diagnosis isbipolar (as many rich musicians will tell you aint half bad ££$$ :colone: . But in all honesty I'm beginning to beat something that has almost broken me so so many times. I am now a spiritualist and keen martial artist and also a believer in a "higfher power". I now feel I can be a person who can soon meet a girl who will give me stability (or at least a soical circle) But all's well that ends well. :scrooge: 2019 is going to a very big year for me as I will have been rehabilitated and reeady for DJ sets etc - so onward!
