ICT INFO 1 Exam help

In the exam they will likely ask us the inputs, processes and outputs of our sample work. Could someone please help me to figure out what the inputs, processes and outputs of my Excel spreadsheet is please?

These are the skills used:

Macros,
validation,
spinners,
auto sum
alphabetical order filter
graphs
conditional formatting
date fields
formatting (merge cells)
count if (the number of merchandise items on target (more than 70 sold) and not on target (less than 70 sold))
v-lookup (user enters the book, and the price automatically appears)
drop down menus (for the number of hours worked by employees)
if statement (for whether the total is a profit/loss and whether the target has been met/not met)

I know this is a lot but if someone could help me pick out a few inputs/ the processes involved and the output I would be so grateful :smile:

I think it depends on what your solution is / what the client is asking for.

The inputs are all the raw facts and figures you initially enterThe process all the validation and verification such as v-lookup and drop down lists - remember they all need to be accepted by the systemFinally, the output is what is presented after the successful processing and what the end-user will view such as graphs and macros.Hope this helps and good luck!
