I have a food technology exam on monday and the context of it is so bad. 'upside down desserts' and I'm really not sure what to revise and to go over as I revised proteins and carbs and different dietary needs etc. but I'm still nto confident. Help? any resources?
I've left it so late... I'm just learning some recipes for different desserts like pineapple upside down cake, tarte tatin and using the stuff on Jenny ridgwell (if you search aqa food tech 2017 look for that they have a few resources for it) good luck!
