Merging PDF files

OK I wonder if anyone can help.
Basically I am trying to merge all of my PDF lectures into one so I can get the printed. They are all in portrait mode when you read them.
When I go to print them they go landscape obviously. However one of the lecture is pointing to the left on landscape and the other the right.
So this is a problem when merging the PDF files because theyre in different directions.

I know how to solve this issue when printing singular PDFs you just change the printing orientation.
But how do I save the file so that it goes in the right direction when merging all the files.
I will post pictures to help aid my explaination but its confusing
