Whatever interests you that you have read about and can reflect on critically to write something analytical about, rather than just listing it mindlessly in your PS. There is no magic bullet to get in via your PS, and if there was everyone would figure it out almost immediately and then everyone would do that (and thus it would no longer be something of note).
