In fairness, my immediate "anti-Milo" reaction is largely based upon the fact that he's a moron. But not just a moron, the worst kind of moron: The hypocritical kind that Millenials love because he's all about attention-seeking. I mean, I've no doubt that he's actually as racist and ill-informed as his public persona, and I've even less doubt that he has some kind of brain injury, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a cretin.
