Can you get into a Russell group uni without an A

I heard that they do not accept anyone without an A, I wanted to try getting into QMUL for a course requiring an A but its unlikely I will get one. Can it be done?

Generally if you meet the entry requirements you will be fine. Some courses may come up in clearing with lower requirements but that requires waiting and taking a risk. Why not apply for a mixture of courses some of which you can definitely get on to and some of which are reach?
