which GCSE to take

I'm thinking of studying for herbalism or healing through nutrition, it would mean starting at the begining and having GCSE's so, which ones would I need to take to study to take me up to Uni ? I have no GCSE's , Or where could I find this information from??

This is merely copy and paste, you need to do some personal research yourself, probably using google - find out which uni's have herbal medicine courses etc etc.
