help me double languages or geo and history???

which would be easier because I enjoy both similar amounts?

taking French and Spanish gcse
Or
Taking history and geography gcse

I’m anyway taking geography and Spanish but I need to pick between history and French, history is probs more useful but idk if French will be easier lolll

It depends how good you are at languages. History has a lot of content but if you are good at memorising facts and essays it is a doddle. However if languages just click for you then go with Spanish. I am awful at languages and french is on average 2-3 grades lower than all my other GCSEs predicted grades so at least for me languages aren’t an easy option by any means.

to help you choose between them, maybe think about which ones you'll miss studying in y10/11 and then sixth form? I did history and French GCSE and really enjoyed them, currently doing both at A level :biggrin:
