No, my friend, my farsi is non existant. I just looked up a few phrases and strung them together.

I visited Iran a log time ago, loved it, but unfortunately didnt know the language. Inshallah next time I will learn before I go.

Lol, ok don't make me feel even more guilty than I am, but hopefully I am going to start learning Persian properly when I go to uni. Its really funny how TSR has not replied back about whether or not I could start this society, I think I'll ask them today...seriously they are taking their time! For the moment I have put a pre - member list up.
