No, anything useful would give an advantage. Although 'guidance' is vague that seems to fall in that category.

Closer to the practical season, TSR advertises clear guidelines on what is and isn't allowed, but to be honest best to be safe than sorry and avoid discussion of it as anything could be used for help.
