Up to when can I withdraw from an A level exam?

I'm thinking of retaking Statistics 2 in an attempt to boost my grades. I'm not too sure about it, since it is an A, at 83 UMS. I'm thinking that retaking will enable me to get an easier A* in Further Maths.

However, I'm unsure about it. I won't go into that detail, but this Friday is the deadline for applying for a retake. When is the latest time that I can withdraw from a retake?

The centre can withdraw you and get a full refund up to 21 April - although they may not pass it all back to you.
You can withdraw (with no refund) right up to the point at which the completed papers are sent off.

Thanks for the help!

I think I'll apply for the resit, since I'll be able to withdraw later if I change my mind. Better safe than sorry.
