MRCP Part 1: Which question bank?
Hoping to get some advice from he hive mind.
Is it worth forking out the extra £50 for onexmination/pastest (~£80)
or is passmedicine (~£30) any good?

I used both onexamination and passmedine. I felt that the quality of questions and explanations on onexamination were better, and the questions seemed slightly closer in format to the real exam. That said, plenty of people have said that passmedicine is sufficient.
I used passmedicine and Onexamination.
Passmedicine alone is probably alright.
Strangely, I was much better at Onexamination than PassMedicine. I think I was in the top 5% of the Onexamination bank, but was in the middle of the Passmedicine distribution (even after wiping my passmedicine scores and doing the question bank for a second time...)
So I preferred Onexamination as I was better at the questions lol.
