Working in Scotland vs England

There's been lots of discussion about the different contracts in Scotland vs England for FY. But, I'm curious whether there is higher workload/more stress when working in England for FY1/FY2.

I have trained in Scotland and I'm considering applying to England for FY. I'm worried that things will be a lot more stressful.
