A-Level English Language Original writing style guide help

Hi,

Having picked my topic of investigation for my original writing, am currently struggling heavily to find a relevant style guide. Was wondering if anybody else has done or is in the process of doing this topic or something similar and what they found in order to help provide their original writing piece with a decent commentary.

My piece is a mainly investigative journalistic piece, however is also an informative article.
