With the change to linear A levels effectively abolishing AS levels, would it be worth it to do extra AS levels to make up for my poor (4A*4A2B2C) GCSE results relative to my cohort? My intention is to apply to Cambridge Law, so would that help in any way?

Imo no. Your GCSE are fine. Focus on your three grades. Do an EPQ or more extra curric if needed.
