I studied Mechanical but in all honesty I could have done an EEE degree instead and still manage to get a decent grade in it as well.
I was generally good at both subjects but slightly preferred the mechanical topics more. Funnily enough though I chose an electrical module as my "specialisation" in my last year i.e. Electrical Drive Systems.
It will probably differ from person to person depending on their interests, for example, some of my friends sucked at the electrical stuff while I was really good at it but they were others better than me at say CAD Design.

I had a graduate job offer before I finished my BEng but I ended up not doing it in the end and just took the year off.
I'll be starting a MSc in September, wanted to specialise in something I liked as opposed to doing the general MEng.
Can you say,"how many student get job offer like you". I get an conditional letter from Greenwich University and london South bank university to study in BEng. which one you will prefer good for me.

Well, some of my friends have ended up in places like JLR, Arup, Ford, Triumph, Ricardo, Martin Bekker, Babcock etc. but it's NOT easy at all to get these jobs. There are still a lot of people from my cohort who still don't have jobs after graduating so don't expect it to be easy.
As for which university to choose; I would just go with the one you like the most. Compare the modules, projects etc. and see which you prefer most, then go with that. Good luck

I don't know your particular interests so I can't choose the university for you, I'm afraid.
I have given you advice on how to narrow it down though, so compare the modules from the websites see which interest you more and then go with your gut feeling.
