Getting a 1st in my BsC
For my recent assignment, worth 10% of my final BSc mark, I got a borderline low 3rd which was a bit demotivating as I tried really hard. Is there still a possibility I can get a 1st overall for my BSc??

You haven't provided enough information. It entirely depends on all your other module marks and their weighting. Including your Year 2 modules. And any university specific regulations.
