RHUL or Exeter (cornwall campus) for englsh?

so i got both unconditional offer from RHUL and exeter to do english this septmber..they are both high up on my list but i am having a hard
time deciding where to go.

i heard a lot of -ve things about RHUL but i really love the founders building and the fact that its closer to London than Exeter. the modules for english is good too...

but Exeter is cheaper than RHUL..esp. in terms of rents and all that sorts.

so i need some POVs on this matter..just fire away with all ur comments and stuffs..thank YOU!!
