Postgraduate accomodation in Falmouth

Hello! im starting a postgraduate course in Penryn campus with Exeter Uniersity this coming September and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for finding accommodation. I've never been to Cornwall before so i dont know the area at all and have a pretty limited budget. Does anyone know when the letting season starts/ where to find cheaper accommodation?

Most of the undergrad houseshares went on in Jan and have already gone. Maybe call a lettting agent (big local one is called Lang Llewelyn) to find out about postgrad lets / rooms. Or ask the Uni for advice / help.
