Money laundering dissertation due in a week, haven’t started , help

Hi, I have a 9,000 word money laundering dissertation due in a week, I’ve been avoiding it because I don’t know what to specify on and I really don’t know how to make argumentative literature. I really need to start now as I am shiting bricks can anyone offer me advice if it’s possible and the best thing to do to try and attempt a first !
