Both of my parents are nurses, well my dad's now a paramedic. I'm not doing a degree even remotely close to that as I'm doing an English language degree, hoping to become a teacher. I think all the stories my mum has come home with over the years put me off nursing...

My mum's a teaching assistant and my dad works in a factory, and I want to do Law, so that is a bit unrelated... although I did until I was about fourteen desperately want to be a teacher, but then my mum's stories about the new badly-behaved kids she had to work with put me off!
