Joint honours with LLB Scots law

Hi if I apply for just Scots Law (LLB) at Glasgow and get accepted can I ask to add a joint honours before the year starts? Since not all the universities I’m applying to offer joint honours I don’t want to apply for lots of different things. Also with a joint honours do you miss law classes and can you still qualify for the diploma in professional legal practice after the degree?
