You said the Saudi authorities are "rich animals". This description is technically correct. They are animals (homo sapiens to be precise) and they are wealthy.
You do a great injustice to other animals by comparing them to the loathsome house of Saud.

Indulge me...?

It stifles debate

But you would agree that rural Somalis are homo sapiens, most of whom do not enjoy basic utilities and services - or "deprived animals"?

I make absolutely no comment on Somalis until i see how or why they might be relevant to the moral offensiveness of the house of Saud continuing to exist.
They ought to be destroyed
It's amazing who they bleat on how our culture is awful and corrupt yet they all want to live here. Yet this is the country which still has 12th Century Views. Saudi Arabia which refuses to the
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.

Saudi Arabia were elected to the UN Women's Rights Commission in 2017.

Now they behead a female women's rights activist.

You couldn't make this up.
It's a disgrace that Corbyn and Johnson got so much press coverage when these are the people we're allies with.
Another day, another beheading.

Who cares?

I don't recall the British beheading women for having a vagina and demanding not to be treated as vermin?

In medieval times they did that sort of thing all the time. Which is no surprise, as despite their trillions of dollars worth of western armaments and British and US-built luxury palaces, they are still basically medieval. We are pandering to a primitive culture and arming them to the teeth, whilst they ignore globally accepted norms of human rights and treat dissidents and women in the most despicable ways.

One thing that jumps out about this latest Saudi outrage is that the women they have earmarked for beheading were campaigning for the right to drive - which has now been approved. Apparently the King and his thuggish court want to show they are in charge and you can't protest. I feel desperately sorry for Saudis who want democracy.

They are rich, compared to some of their neighboring countries. Saudi Arabia, in general is a wealthy country

But isn't it Cultural Imperialism to impose our values on them? Surely the British Empire did worse. Shouldn't we respect the laws and traditions of other countries and peoples?

This is a standard method of remaining in control for dictatorships. When there is overwhelming presure for some kind of reform it is vital those dissidents pushing for the reform do not get to have control of the process. China does this, you carry out the reforms whilst clamping down on the actavists. The state must be seen to be the actor with agency.

A minimum list of things needs to be implemented:

* no more arms sales to Saudi Arabia
* no more luxurious safe havens for corrupt Saudi princes in London
* ban on Saudi investment in the UK
* ban on Saudi involvement in mosques in the UK
* no more involvement of UK personnel in the disgusting Saudi offensive against Yemen

Once these things are done, we can move on to how to remove their regime and replace it with something democratic and we can apologise to their ordinary people for the decades of corrupt authoritarian misrule they have had to endure so that oil supplies can be maintained.
Couldn’t care less what the Saudis do.

Will this follow the Afghan, Iraqi, Libyan or Syrian blueprint?

But isn't it Cultural Imperialism to impose our human rights values on them? How is it any different from the British Empire imposing western christian values on indigenous Africans and Asians - which we all now agree was wrong. If they don't see beheading someone for campaigning for equality and democracy to be a violation of human rights, who are we to tell them that they are wrong and that our way is superior? If what they are doing is against the law, executing them isn't "murder".
"Human rights" are just a subjective construct based on cultural traditions and expectations.
