GCSE Drama Devising piece help

Basically I massively need help with creating a mini flashback (I’m talking less than a minute long) it would be effective if I could use drama techniques such as overlapping voices. We’ve got a refugee scenes in boats, the flashback would preferably use no additional props. I need help with ideas that involve five people to help build up my character to achieve a good grade. My character is a refugee mother, from Saudis Arabia who suffers under the harsh rule and prejudice against women who makes her life suck, she had a young (12 year old) daughter however she was taken away by the husband, hence why she can leave and seek refugee away. I want a flashback maybe showing a nightmare of the traumatic events or just a flashback. Please give ideas for multi rolling characters or ideas of how to make it. Please help
