What is this music note called??

Hello!
I was just wondering what this music note is called and the rest for it!
It's basically a SEMIBREVE with two vertical lines on either side of it. Thanks!!
Double whole note.
Thank you so much!

It's called a breve (or double whole note in the American system, as said above). You don't see them that often since it's not particularly common for composers to use time signatures with enough beats per bar for one (they last for eight crotchet beats), but they're more common in older music, e.g. from the Renaissance and early Baroque periods.
