duty of care defences
i have a scenario whereby the defendant was drunk and injured the passenger and another road user after being heavily intoxicated. as a result of this the other road user had injury to her eye which when going in for treatment the doctor had sneezed causing her to then become blinded. what are the defences that you can use for this and what cases. please
