TRIGGER WARNING: SELF HARM
I have self harmed quite a lot recently, some are faded and some are newer on my arm
I’m due an operation to get my tonsils removed quite soon and obviously this will involve putting a needle in my arm/hand and my scars possibly being exposed to doctors and nurses. What will happen if they see them??

Depends on how old you are really. If you are an adult, they are unlikely to bring it up unless you do.
They won't say anything. They see things like that every day.
