This is for Maths Edexcel iGCSE, January 2019:
Foundation Papers: to get a 5 you need overall 137/200 which is 68.5%
Higher Papers: to get a 5 you need overall 58/200 which is 29%

Nobody knows the grade boundaries for future exams.
They are worked out After the exams are taken, marked and analysed.
Grade boundaries for previous exams can be found on the examiners web site. These may go up, down or roughly stay the same depending on how hard the papers are and how other students perform.
