Need someone to take over my manchester accomodation contract! **DISCOUNTED PRICE**
Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract with Hello Student at Victoria Point, Manchester for a room in a 3 bed apartment with a shared kitchen and a shared toilet. It is a 44 week contract that began on 7/09/19 and ends on 10/07/2020.
The room will come at a cheaper price as I have already paid for the first 4 weeks in advance which totals to £620 already paid for you. I am also willing to pay for another few weeks of rent.
The rooms are recently refurbished and the room on offer is the largest of the rooms with a 3/4 double bed. There is also a brand new free gym and cinema room on-site including various common areas and lounge areas for all residents which is all included in the price. All bills - gas,electric, fast WiFi etc are also included in the price.
This student accommodation is within walking distance to the University Of Manchester and also Manchester Metropolitan University.
