Funding for a second PGCE

Hi all - this is my first post so be gentle  .

I have already received four years of student finance from my undergraduate degree. I also began a PGCE secondary 2 years ago, but withdrew in early 2018 as I decided secondary wasn’t for me. I received both a tuition fee and maintenance loan during my time on the PGCE.

I am now really keen to embark on a Primary PGCE for entry in 2020, however I don’t have the funds to support myself/pay my fees without student finance. Am I eligible to receive funding for a second PGCE?

I live in Northern Ireland, so my funding comes sfni.

Thanks in advance 😊

AFIAK, in England this is possible, as the equivalent qualification rule doesn't apply. However, in NI there may be different rules, so you might be best checking with SFNI directly.
