Re-sitting A Level Biology & Chemistry vs. Access to Medicine course.Which is better?

So basically I want to go into medicine. Re-taking a levels will cost me £660 in total. Access will cost £3300. I'm leaning towards A levels, but if I do that I can't get a practical endorsement. So which is better??

There are some problems here. An Access course can't stand in lieu, or ameliorate poor original A level results. Furthermore, most Access courses do not allow those who've taken A levels to study on them (at least if the A levels are in any way recent). Finally, most unis won't accept multiple A level retakes .

What were the original A levels in terms of subject and grades?
If you didnt do particularly well in your A levels, resit them. Most Universities will only accept Access Courses (such as the one from the College of West Anglia if you havent been in full time education or do not come from a science background).
