ICT help pls..

Hey guys, i will be giving my IGCSE CIE ICT paper 2 in 1 day...
is there anything i can do to help my marks???
Like do u guys have a must do check list or something that would help??
Is there anything that can help me get more marks??

i have but i'm kind of panicking and am not sure how to get rid of it before my exams.....
do u have any idea from which chapters the theory questions are asked on the practical exams.... cuz they do ask us some theory questions
