Applying for student finance with one parent living abroad
I lived with my mum my whole life up until she moved to abroad (EU) just before my last year of A levels and I now live my dad in Wales but I am now about to apply for student finance will I be able to use my mum's income details as my dad refuses to disclose his income to student finance.
