IHavePMS didn't get into the semis of his awards, so she made her own Polar Bear awards or something

the penguin award was created before most of you were even a member here. The other award 'the polar bear' award was made because someone wanted to get into the semi's but never. Now, the tsr awards will always be a bigger event so i use the penguin award to pass the time by and give this forum some fun. (which it desperately needs!) The 1st penguin award in 2003 went well and this 1 is too. Now, everyone last year enjoyed it and some are this year. But there are always going to be some spoil sports but that wont stop me from doing it. I am bringing fun back into general chat!
