I’m starting year 12 this year, and you have the option to do an EPQ. I’m wanting to study psychology as a degree, however i would like to do my EPQ on something historical, like irish or russian history - would these not be good ideas in order to study psychology?

i did an epq during a levels and although studying a topic around your subject area is really great, the main focus of the epq is about the skills you learn. you can always compare you epq topic to your uni subject in your personal statement even if that isn't the main focus on your epa as well.

and i don't know much about psychology but possibly looking at historical psychological experiments (i know there's a few famous ones from russia at least).
