Thoroughly go through each point on the spec, making sure you understand all of it.

Im going into year 12 doing a level pe. Should I keep my gcse pe notes or will they be useless?

Im going to keep my GCSE notes just because they may be helpful to me. But I suppose it is up to you. You could use them as basic knowledge to make sure you wont forget any useful baseline knowledge
