Hello! I am looking for someone to take my tenancy at McMillan Student Village in Greenwich. Close to Bellerbys College, Trinity Laban, Uni of Greenwich, Ravensbourne, Goldsmiths.

It's a Twin studio but is being offered as a one-person room this year, to protect tenants' health. Private en-suite, private kitchenette, two desks and two wardrobes. I believe you can ask for either twin beds or a double bed.

It is a 40-week tenancy, £271.50 per week payable in instalments, from 12/09/20 to 19/06/21. 24/7 security, free wifi, bills included, content insurance, parking, on-site laundry and mail handling.
